Is Kgosientsho “Sputla” Ramokgopa the minister of dancing or minister of electricity because it is really becoming difficult to tell given his public stunts?
After being the king of the dance floor, as always, at the ANC 2019 Elections Manifesto Review rally last Sunday, this buffoon plunged the country back into devastating Stage 6 loadshedding.
So much for someone who became minister of the ministry specifically created to deal with loadshedding.
Maybe President Cyril Ramaphosa misdeployed this man. Perhaps it is time to create a ministry of dancing next year, where Ramokgopa will be best suited.
Because surely, the current ministry he occupies is obviously not a best fit for him.
All he does is talk and talk, dance and take pictures for social media.
