Moegoe of the week

EFF leader Julius Malema has rights which must be respected. If his rights to dignity are infringed on by anyone, including a judicial officer, he has the right to scream to high heavens to say, “my rights are trampled upon, and I will not stand that nonsense”.

This week Malema did exactly that – in Twanet Olivier’s court in East London – “I will not stand that nonsense.”

Malema said Olivier treated him with disdain in her court by always  being late, by an hour or two, each time he appears in her court.  More troubling, though, Malema claimed Olivier is a serial latecomer.

This is not right, Your Honour. It diminishes your office.
