Broke ANC auctions off scrap cars to Luthuli House staff

The cash-strapped ANC, which was this week hit with a R102-million writ of attachment order, is auctioning off its fleet of scrap vehicles to its Luthuli House employees whose salaries it has ironically failed to pay for several months.Sunday World can reveal that the governing party, which is struggling to stay afloat, is selling among the rusty buckets a phalanx of vehicles without engines, while some have no keys.
