Presidential Protection Service will ensure Putin’s safety

The South African government will deploy the Presidential Protection Service unit to work jointly with the Russian army to provide security services to Russian President Vladimir Putin when he lands in Johannesburg for the contentious Brics summit in August.This was exclusively revealed to Sunday World by Minister in the Presidency Khumbudzo
Ntshavheni, who said if Putin accepts the invitation SA has extended to the Kremlin, he can sleep peacefully at night knowing the country would prioritise his safety.
