Scorned woman accuses Mihlali Ndamase of trespassing

Social media influencer Mihlali Ndamase reached a point of no return when she invaded the house of a woman who is accusing her of wrecking her marriage and snatched her children’s clothes.

The trespassing incident occurred after the woman’s children had gone to visit the house that Ndamase and the woman’s estranged husband share in the leafy suburb of Bryanston in Johannesburg.

The gut-wrenching titbits are contained in court papers that the woman filed in the high court in Johannesburg.

In the court papers, the woman is opposing an application by her estranged husband to rescind a court order obtained against him early in 2023.

The order decrees that the woman’s lovestruck husband should return a luxury vehicle he seized from her and gave it to Ndamase.

The order also enjoined the businessman to share parental responsibility of the children with his wife, and pay her R156 000 in spousal maintenance every month.

In the papers that we have seen the woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, states that she received a WhatsApp message from her husband recently asking if he could come to their house and fetch the children.

“I responded with a lengthy WhatsApp message wherein I took issue with the fact that he permitted Ndamase to attend with our children [sic] [to pick up their clothes] and enter my home without me being present and without my knowledge or consent,” read the papers.

The woman’s version of events was also stated in a strongly worded e-mail written by her lawyer, Kamal Natha, to the businessman’s legal team.

Reads the e-mail: “Your client has even caused his paramour [Mihlali] to go with the children to my client’s home, then go back with the children without my client’s consent or prior knowledge.

“This is in light of the fact that my client is not even allowed onto the property where your client resides.

“On one occasion, Mihlali entered my client’s home without her consent and or permission and collected the children’s clothes. She had left the children in the care of the nanny whilst she trespassed.”

Natha implored the businessman to seek permission from the woman in the event that he wanted to send a third party to collect the children.

The woman also claimed that Ndamase is a bad influence on her children, saying the ravishing model previously spewed expletives in public in the presence of the children.

“I have video evidence [some of which is actually on YouTube] of this type of behaviour that I can make available to the above honourable court at the hearing of this matter,” read the papers.

The woman also insists that her estranged husband can afford to pay the spousal maintenance, because he showers Ndamase with luxury gifts and presents.

“She is starting to live the lavish life that I lived with the applicant, and his financial position has manifestly not changed,” according to the papers.

She further said the businessman is paying for Ndamase’s luxury cluster in Bryanston, which is over and above the R100 000 he pays for the bond of their marital property in the ritzy suburb.

Her husband, she added, has cocked a snook at the court to return the car he gave to the social media influencer.

“The applicant has unlawfully given Ndamase the gifted luxury Range Rover Vogue Autobiography, which she is using as if it was [sic] her own car [which the applicant has refused to return to me despite the express obligation in terms of the order].”

She also said her daughter had advised her that the businessman planned to buy Ndamase a Porsche and a Bentley for himself.

“I believe that he has in fact ordered the Bentley, but [has] not taken possession of same as yet in order to keep this secret from me,” read the papers.

She also said the businessman paid for Ndamase’s luxury holiday in Mexico, where the lovebirds celebrated the social media influencer’s birthday, and bought her gifts.

“In a picture from Ndamase’s Facebook profile, uploaded on or about December 5 2022, Ndamase is seen reading a book while surrounded by eight Louis Vuitton shopping bags, displays a Louis Vuitton handbag with a further three-year Yves Saint Laurent shopping packages in the background.”

The couple, she said, stayed for several nights at the Nizue Resort and Sara in Mexico, a five-star luxury hotel which costs about R28 693 a night out of season.

She also said the couple, together with Somizi Mhlongo and his entrepreneur friend Ndo Maleho, holidayed in Mauritius and suspects that the businessman paid for this excursion as well.

“During this holiday, the applicant, his paramour and the friends stayed together at the five-star luxury hotel One & Only Le Saint German resort in Mauritius.”

Arguing for the rescission of the order, the businessman said he cannot afford the R156 000 monthly spousal maintenance sought by his wife, as it is more than what he earns from his company, which is indebted to the amount of R45-million.

He also said he cannot afford to pay R1.7-million legal costs incurred by his wife.

Attempts to get a comment from Ndamase drew a blank as she failed to respond to calls and text messages.
