Johannesburg – The CAF Champions League second leg preliminary round match between Kaizer Chiefs and Cameroon side PWD Bamenda has been postponed from Friday to Saturday at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg, kick-0ff is at 6pm.
Chiefs announced on the club’s Twitter account on Friday that CAF had approved the postponement by a day after Bamenda requested the continental football body to delay the match due to the team having visa problems.
The Soweto giants beat the Cameroon champions 1-0 in the away first leg and go into the clash with an advantage after Erick Mathoho scored a late goal away in Limbe last Sunday.
The winner of the tie takes on Angolan outfit Primeiro de Agosto in the first round of the group stages of Africa’s elite inter-club competition.
Amakhosi arrived back from Cameroon on Tuesday and started preparing for the home encounter.

Chiefs have said that CAF approved the proposal to play the match on Saturday 5 December 2020.
“We await the Team’s arrival. Kick off is set for 18:00,” Chiefs tweeted.
