As a worship leader how do I explain this one to my Pastor- Sbu Noah

Singer and medical practitioner Sibusiso Mthembu, popularly known as Sbu Noah, was unveiled as the man behind the gold mask on The Masked Singer SA season two finale.

Sbu Noah was unmasked first during the finale, after his “Where Have You Been” by Rihanna performance. When he once landed in the danger zone, the judges saved him to continue his masked singing journey.

Sculptured the same way

During the show, the detectives learned from his clue packages that Gold and Whitney Houston were “sculptured the same way”.

Showing off a golden soccer ball, he also revealed that he wanted to be a football player, and 1225 seats were once filled for one of his golden “spectacles”.

Based on the revelations, all four of the detectives guessed correctly by the time of his unmasking that Sbu Noah was creating magic on the show disguised as Gold.

Taking to social media to share his journey on the show Sbu Noah said he went from being a fan of the show, watching the whole season pretending to be one of the judges and then getting an invitation to be part of the show.

He congratulated Anele Mdoda and her team for the second season of the show and all the celebrities that were behind the masks.

“Well done to all the masks that were part of the show and a huge congratulations to @warrenmasemola, well deserved indeed. I have to give it up to @mphopopps, a perfect fit for this show as the presenter, and, of course, our judges for a job well done. How can I forget you all, the fans, y’all nailed those guesses,” he wrote.

Grateful for the experience

Sbu Noah added that he was grateful for the experience, because it was something he never thought he would do.

Citing one of his performances by Michael Bolton, he wrote: ‘As a worship leader, how do I explain this one to my Pastor.”

Blue Crane was unmasked as former Miss South Africa and author Shudufhadzo Musida. Owl’s impressive feathers belonged to multiple award-winning thespians, including Aubrey Poo. Warren Masemola walked away victorious as the winner of the second season of the show behind the giraffe mask.
