Beyoncé causes a frenzy with new album

Beyoncé has just claimed the day with the release of her new album, Renaissance.

The word itself means the reawakening of interest – something the artist seems to have achieved by rebirthing classic sound samples from the 90s.

The 16-track body of work is the artist’s seventh studio album released after six years since her hit-single Lemonade.

The album was leaked two days before the official release but her fans served her loyalty.

She released a statement of appreciation stating that she was amazed at the support and patience fans offered her.

“So, the album leaked, and you all actually waited until the proper release time so you all can enjoy it together. I’ve never seen anything like it. I can’t thank you enough for your love and protection.

“I appreciate you for calling out anyone that was trying to sneak into the club early. It means the world to me. Thank you for your unwavering support. Thank you for being patient. We are going to take our time and enjoy the music. I will continue to give my all and do my best to bring you joy. I love you deep,” said Beyonce.

Global social media has since been abuzz with the release of the album and the church twerking song Church Girl and I’m That Girl seems to be the ultimate favourites.

Fans can start digging into their pockets as they ready for upcoming concerts.
