Lion King producer and notorious casanova, Lebo M, is refusing to hand over the luxury vehicle he bought from Mercedes-Benz after failing to keep up with monthly installments.
This is according to the application for default judgment Mercedes Benz Financial Services submitted in the Johannesburg High Court against Lebo M, full name Lebohang Morake, last week.
In the application, which Sunday World has seen, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services says it entered into an agreement with Morake, on March 6, 2020, in Sandton, in which they agreed to give him a loan to buy a Mercedes-Benz A200 for the sum of R478 219.40.
