Mihlali Ndamase’s boyfriend accused of drunken assault on teenager

Popular YouTuber Mihlali Ndamase’s boyfriend is being accused by his estranged wife of beating up a teenager in an alcohol-fuelled rage in Joburg two months ago.

The wife, who cannot be named for legal reasons, made the shocking revelations in court papers she recently filed in the Joburg high court, in which she is opposing her estranged husband’s application to rescind the judgement she obtained against him a few months ago.

She is also asking the court to hold her husband in contempt of court for defying the court order after he, among others, failed to return the luxury Range Rover Autobiography, which he took from her and gave to Ndamase.

In a bid to convince the court that her tycoon husband should be held in contempt of court because has no regard for the rule law, the woman stated in the papers that the businessman, who made billions from government tenders, assaulted a 19-year-old boy at their daughter’s shindig in Bryanston in August this year.

“The applicant recently assaulted a 19-year-old boy at a braai for my daughter at the Bryanston house. The incident took place during the August 2023 school holidays. The boy’s name is Zaiidorr, and the applicant beat him up for no apparent reason,” read the papers.

The woman, a government employee, also stated in the papers that the alleged assault incident was brought to her attention by the victim, who did not open a case because he was scared of the businessman.

“Zaiidor informed me that the applicant, who was under the influence of alcohol at the time, cannot be touched by the SAPS, and he has been too afraid to pursue the matter against the applicant.”

“The incident took place in front of multiple witnesses at the Bryanston home. The applicant therefore has very little regard for the law,” she stated in the papers.
The woman also stated that she has laid a criminal complaint with the police after the businessman defied a court order to return a luxury vehicle he bought for her as a gift for their anniversary.
The road monster, she said, is being utilised by Ndamase, whom the wife accused of wrecking her marriage to the businessman.
The woman also said the businessman lied when he said he could not return the vehicle because he had taken it to PT Paint and Panelbeaters for repairs. She said her attorney visited the panel beaters on August 28 to enquire about the saloon. The attorney was told, according to the wife, that the big machine had been booked in for a bumper repair, not for a faulty brake system as claimed by her husband. She said she had opened a case against him at the Sandton police station but, said the estranged wife, the police have failed to arrest him. She added that the businessman laughed at her and gloated that the police in Sandton would never arrest him because they do his bidding.
“I verily believe this, as they have done nothing to date despite the fact that I have laid a legitimate criminal complaint against the applicant,” read the papers.
The woman said in light of her husband’s behaviour, she prayed that the court would help her so that she could stop her husband from making a mockery of the judiciary system.

“Wherefore I pray for the relief per my counter application being that the applicant be held in contempt of court and that he be ordered to comply with the terms of Rule 43 order,” read the papers
