Metro FM presenter Tebogo Thekisho, popularly known as ProVerb, has thanked his father for his unwavering support following his graduation recently.
Earlier in the year, ProVerb announced that he was going back to school to study for a Master of Business Administration.
Sharing his latest success with fans, he said his father has guided him, believed in him to chase his dreams, and encouraged him to be true to himself.
“As I stand here today, holding my degree from Regenesys Business School, I am filled with immense gratitude for everything you’ve done,” he said.
“You have given me the freedom to explore, to learn, and to grow, and for that, I am forever indebted.”
Mother’s Day gift
He further stated that he strives to make his father proud.
“Here’s to the future, where I hope to continue making you proud and standing tall as the son you’ve raised me to be. Thank you Pa, for everything.”
“The best Mother’s Day gift I could give my late mom is to keep the promise I made when I laid her to rest, to spend the rest of my life trying to make her proud, and to become the man she had always hoped I would become.”
In April, ProVerb co-hosted the Metro FM Awards 2024, held at the Mbombela Stadium in Mpumalanga.
The former rapper, who co-produced the Idols SA for more than 10 seasons, said at the time that it was an honour to host the awards.
Proud moment
Another celebrity who graduated from the same institution is actress KB Motsilanyane. Motsilanyane graduated with a BBA qualification.
“Last night I celebrated a proud moment, signalling success at the end of a three-year journey I embarked on in 2021 with Regenesys Business School,” wrote Motsilanyane.
