Duduzile Ngwenya, popularly known by her stage name Lady Du, has reconciled her relationship with the father of her seven-year-old child.
Taking to social media platforms, Lady Du shared a video of her and the baby-daddy taking part in a TikTok couple’s challenge.
Fellow industry friends congratulated the couple for reconciling.
“Best friend, father of my daughter [Mia]: 15 years of friendship and laughter; the three years apart was a lesson to never leave the people you started with; I have never been this happy. Thank you for saving my life,” she wrote.
In 2022, the amapiano vocalist shared that her relationship with former Isibaya actor Andile Mxakaza had ended.
Lady Du revealed that she dealt with the break-up about a month ago, before the news of their split surfaced.
Peaceful break-up
At the time, she took to social media to share the news of her break-up with her then-fiance’, telling her fans that they did not break up but followed their hearts, which meant going separate ways before things went south.
“I’m good I dealt with my break up a month ago. The announcement was so you guys could hear it from me.
“The rest I don’t want to partake in. I love peace; please don’t take [peace] away from me.”
