Beauty Mohai, 32, is the founder of BLane Media & Advertising, a multi-faceted innovative company that provides tailored solutions in her hometown of Welkom in the Free State. Her business was founded in 2016 and it focuses on various services such as event management, corporate, activations and exhibitions, among others. Mohai, who is also a broadcaster at the Rock FM, a community radio station in the mining town, prides herself as a go-getter and an inspiration to youngsters in her area. “I am creating opportunities for youngsters to be involved in various projects that I work on under my company, and through this, I create employment for the youth,” says Mohai. “I am also working towards growing the economy of my area and the country at large by being a serious role player in the entrepreneurship field.” She says her primary purpose is to establish a generation of entrepreneurially- minded youth in her community to become formidable future businesspeople.
