A recent success story was leading and managing the transitioning of the Library and Information Services for the three campus libraries to support multimodal teaching, learning and research to virtual services amid the COVID-19 pandemic challenges. Leveraging technology capabilities to support traditional Library and Information operations and services is always a fulfilling achievement. Given the edge by technology–centred skills acquired for leading and coordinating library management systems, digitisation services and user support technologies.
