She is a woman trailblazing the information, communication and technology (ICT) sector, with the kind of dedication that indicates Ramapuputla has no plans to stop.

Besides being a chief executive, Ramapuputla is also a lead program manager in the ICT sector, largely known to be dominated by men. In this role, she is responsible for leading the development of comprehensive software catalogues, including a range of sophisticated solutions such as the Tekete Management System.

This system encompasses various components, including a training management system, IT asset management, complaint and help desk management systems, as well as the Patient File Management System (Hospital Information System), Queue Management System, and Leave Management System.

Ramapuputla has become adept at liaising and leading with the project management, business analysis, software development and training teams. These software offerings are specifically designed to streamline and enhance different aspects of organisational operations, ensuring efficient complaint resolution, seamless patient file management, optimised queue management and effective leave management.

Ramapuputla, now based in Pretoria but a Botlokwa, Limpopo native, says: “Our company prides itself in the sharing of knowledge and skills transfer, all aimed at developing a professional attitude in learners. Our mission is to upskill unemployed youth who need to enter the job market with the latest ICT industry training trends and provide high-quality training to ICT professionals who wish to upgrade their skills.”

In a bid to curb the high unemployment rate, Ramapuputla trains learners in work-integrated learning programmes that credit them in fields such as multimedia specialist and programming. Ramapuputla is the author and publisher of a children’s book, Bathobela.

Ramapuputla holds a master’s degree in business information systems from the Tshwane University of Technology, she has received the 2016 Women in ICT SMME award and was awarded third place in the Govtech 2022 Women in ICT award.
