Humanity Pursuit, Founder and Environmental Activist
Tiny Taukobong is a passionate environmental activist, community leader and visionary entrepreneur driven by sustainable development. She has showcased her love for sustainable development through her role as the CEO of the Tiny Tau E-Waste Management where she has been pioneering responsible disposal and recycling of electronic waste, addressing one of the most pressing environmental challenges of our time.
Her efforts to create a sustainable environment have led to creation of job and business opportunities as well as community development.
She has founded a not-for-profit organisation, Humanity Pursuit, which is committed to educating and empowering communities on environmental conservation, climate change mitigation, youth empowerment and food security.
Taukobong has also collaborated with various stakeholders including the Department of Forestry, Fisheries, and Environment, the Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the City of Tshwane, to advance her mission to create a healthier and more sustainable environment.
Through her role as the President of Rotary Community Corps Mabopane Winterveldt she has led initiatives to uplift and empower local communities, focusing on education, health and environmental sustainability
