Tshepo Palesa Makupu, a graduate with a Master’s degree in Sustainable Agriculture from the University of the Free State, is a dedicated and influential entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and activist who continues to inspire many through her multifaceted endeavours. She currently serves as a shift manager in the food industry.
Born and raised in Kroonstad, Free State, where she completed her primary and tertiary education, Tshepo later relocated to Gauteng province in pursuit of further opportunities. Her passion for education led her to graduate with Cum Laude in BSc Consumer Science, majoring in Food Science.
Tshepo has founded several enterprises, including TPM Beauty Spa, which specialises in massages, pedicures, and other wellness services. Blossoms, which focuses on empowering women through holistic health and wellness programmes. These programmes are designed to help women develop healthy, sustainable, and long-lasting routines while fostering a positive mindset.
Her commitment to empowering women extends beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits. As a former national titleholder of Empress SA, she actively participates in projects aimed at uplifting young women. Among her impactful initiatives are Thandabantu Community Service and Food For life, both of which strive to make a positive difference in her community.
