President Cyril Ramaphosa sealed his swearing-in for a second term with a kiss on the lips of his wife Dr Tshepo Motsepe.
The kiss left Motsepe glowing and in smiles in front of a large crowd at the Union Buildings in Pretoria during the president’s inauguration this week.
Shwa believes Motsepe was smiling after the kiss from her buffalo because the kiss was so sweet as a cupcake. Well done, Mr President, sir.
