DJ Zinhle says South African youth are not only unemployed but unemployable.
“They don’t have the skill that is required,” she says in an interview clip that has caused outrage on X.
She says she is struggling to find three suitable youngsters to work in her store in Highveld Mall in eMalahleni, Mpumalanga.
She adds that she has been without a personal assistant for a “long time” because of how unemployable you lot are.
Shwa thinks the problem might not be Mzansi’s youth.
Remember that it took Zinhle a full year and R500 000 later to realise that one of her employees was stealing money from her bank account.
Financial management is a skill and so is recruiting the right people for the job.
