Kabelo Gwamanda plays among fools

Shwa honestly doesn’t think the likes of Joburg mayor Kabelo Gwamanda is going to last.

Like his predecessor Thapelo Amad, he too seems to have his head in the clouds while residents don’t know whether they are coming or going with blackouts all over the city. Like why was he giggling away during his address this week? These are no laughing matters, My Mayor.

Fellow South Africans, have you noticed how we have been having electricity lately?

Moi is shocked by the amount of electricity she has been experiencing!

Seems like Mr President knew what he was doing when he opened that ‘Electricity Minister’ post.

Leave Kgosientsho Ramokgopa with his expensive sweaters, as long as we have the lights, Shwa is happy!
