DJ Lunga Nombewu is now Covid-19 negative.
In a live video via facebook, he announced the test results he received today.
“This thing was getting to my head and frustrating. I don’t have it. As much as I am happy, I need to be cleared in terms of getting a clearance certificate from the health department. So many of you who were walking this road with. I am happy I can hug my kids again, leave this room and sit with my family. I am grateful for your prayers, Nkosi,” he said.
Nombewu, who owns Baainar Records – a house music label, had travelled to Cuba and France recently.
He said he was fearful because he believed he can’t be cured of the virus, but he is proof that it can be reversed.
He urged all South Africans to stay home and boost their immune systems with vitamins.
