The Premier of the Eastern Cape is allergic to being investigated for a person who claims to be squeaky clean.
This moegoe this week headed to court to stop a Special Investigating Unit probe into allegations of fake qualifications at the University of Fort Hare, apparently for the benefit of politicians, inclu ding himself.
This is not the first time he tries to stop an investigation as he did the same in 2021 against the Hawks. If Oscar Mabuyane has nothing to hide, he should subject himself to the probe, unless he fears the possibility of “smallanyana skeletons” tumbling out of his closet.
