ANC president Cyril Ramaphosa has made numerous promises to expand the social welfare programmes of the ANC government should the party secure a second term in government.
Ramaphosa was speaking at the ANC Siyanqoba rally at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.
He said the ANC understood that the high cost of living was an unbearable burden in an economy that is growing very slowly.
