ANC president Cyril Ramaphosa has made numerous promises to expand the social welfare programmes of the ANC government should the party secure a second term in government.
Ramaphosa was speaking at the ANC Siyanqoba rally at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg. Â

He said the ANC understood that the high cost of living was an unbearable burden in an economy that is growing very slowly.Â
