It was just a matter of time before belligerent Chippa United boss Siviwe “Chippa” Mpengesi showed his latest coach Daine Klate the door.
After singing Klate’s praises when hiring the former Orlando Pirates star midfielder as his 28th tactician in 10 years, Mpengesi couldn’t resist sacking his head coach after the PSL side went 1-0 down to champions Mamelodi Sundowns.
Perched rock bottom of the log after seven (1W-2D-L4) Premiership games in charge, Klate and many others before him have also blinded moegoes for accepting the ridiculous and short-term contracts Mpengesi offers.
