Grateful for time spent at radio station

When leaving the station, McKenzie sobbed and thanked her colleagues for a beautiful time at the station.

“I am saying goodbye on the radio, I’m saying goodbye on Ukhozi FM. And I would like to express my gratitude for the love and warmth to the Ukhozi FM listeners. For always being with us on the radio,” she said.

The KZN South coast-born broadcaster went on to thank different people at the station from different departments.

“I worked well with a lot of people, and I will always remember the good times that we had.” She has co-hosted the breakfast show, an education show sithakela isizwe, and ezingasoze zabuna (golden oldies) among others.
