Spepe, as Mtolo was affectionally known, featured for his club when they faced Kaizer Chiefs at the weekend, a DStv Premiership encounter they narrowly lost 1-0.
Mtolo was key for his side gaining promotion to top-flight football last season, captaining the side to clinching the Glad Africa Championship, now Motsepe Foundation Championship.
He passed away having only made eight appearances in DStv Premiership, after battling with a long-term injury.
