Zuma’s fightback plan to cancel poll results

Former president Jacob Zuma’s uMkhonto we Sizwe Party (MKP) is expected to file papers in the Electoral Court tomorrow, seeking to set aside the outcome of the May 29 polls over allegations of vote rigging.

MKP insiders told Sunday World that other smaller political parties were expected to support the bid as friend of the court, including Gayton McKenzie’s Patriotic Alliance, which had grievances over alleged discrepancies in the Western Cape election results.
