Education is the key to success and Ignite Academic Solutions, which was formed in 2017 by Ntokozo Nzima, 22, from Secunda in Mpumalanga, is determined to make a great impact in the community through education. The organisation offers extra classes and mentorship to high school learners, helping them take their education to the next level. The organisation also helps the learners make correct career choices. Learners get premium tutoring and relevant learning materials such as textbooks and e-learning programmes to make sure they are up to speed with their studies. “I struggled with Maths at high school and I was helped by tutors in my area, and that is when I regained my confidence. This has resulted in me doing my part to help other struggling learners. This is how I founded Ignite Academic Solutions.” Nzima was part of 100 Rising Stars in South Africa, a project conducted by Inside Education last year. He was also a top-five finalist in First Watch Entrepreneurs Challenge.
