Serial entrepreneur and business developer Zinhle Pearl Cebekhulu, 28, is the founder of Tea Studyo, a company that produces its own herbal and organic tea. Cebekhulu founded the company in June 2020. The company, which sells quality, hand-picked tea leaves, operates from the Heathway Centre in Blackheath, Johannesburg. “The Tea Studyo is our first phase for our customers to locate and experience tea leaves and tea culture through our products, service and events,” says Cebekhulu. “We do tea testing for sit-ins and high tea events while getting inspired by our own unique way of picking up African herbs to produce the best tea in the world.” Her range of teas is also available in countries such as Singapore, Iran, Maldives and Sri Lanka. “Holistic living inspired me to produce my own tea to promote healthy living, since some people use tea for medicinal purposes,” she says. Cebekhulu is also a business developer who helps SMMEs develop their businesses to maximise profits.
